Max-TD offers several advertisement packages. You can easily choose the most acceptable option for yourself. All prices are presented for a period of 12 months. The contract is not renewed automatically, but it is optional for the landlords to do so at any time.

Landlords, who provide more than one real property to lease, can advertise all their real property with the help of a practical and simple structure, which gives a great advantage for future advertisement.

You do not have to bear any additional costs. You only pay once for the initial placement of the advertisement. You have full control over prices.

In this practical and simple structure a landlord can advertise all residential real property with beneficial price offers on additional advertisements.

Except for lump-sum payment for the placement of the first advertisement, there is no additional costs for your advertisements. You have full control of your expenses.

Basic Business 7 – $660.00 AUD *
With our package “Basic Business 7” your ads remain on-line for 12 months in our database. You can advertise up to seven individual real property objects..

Business 14 – $1100.00 AUD *
With our package “Business 14” your ads remain on-line for 12 months in our database. You can advertise up to fourteen individual real property objects.

Agency Business 25 – $1760 AUD *
With our package “Agency Business 25” your ads remain on-line for 12 months in our database. You can advertise up to twenty-five individual real property objects.
