Clipper Restaurant and Lounge: The award winning restaurant offers al fresco dining all day, from breakfast through to dinner. Specializing in fresh local seafood, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Gazebo Intimate dining for up to 6 guests in the privacy of the resorts oceanfront Gazebo. A private butler is available to ensure your every delight is attended to. Room Service Available from 7am - 10.00pm and features a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections. Poolside A poolside outdoor venue is also available for more casual barbecue style or formal dinners. The Jetty Our private jetty is a wonderful location for a dinner or lunch. The Jetty caters for a maximum of 45 guests undercover and is a unique breakout space. The Nautilus Room Our fully equipped private function room can cater for formal dinners of up to 150 guests or cocktail style events for up to 300 guests. The Nautilus Room is the perfect venue for fully themed gala and awards dinners. Beautiful sea views and natural day light will add to your conference experience.

CORAL SEA SUITE: The Coral Sea Suites are built on the high watermark on the absolute oceanfront. They feature a king size bed, some rooms with a fold out sofa bed, a luxurious outdoor balcony spa and double hammock all overlooking magnificent sea views. BAY VIEW SUITE: The Bay View Suites are located on the oceanfront. They feature a large private balcony, a queen size bed and some rooms with a fold out sofa bed and an internal spa bath with timber louvers opening into the room. OCEAN VIEW ROOM: The Ocean View Rooms have a queen size bed; some rooms with an additional queen bed and feature a private balcony with beautiful sea views. GARDEN VIEW ROOM: The Garden View Rooms have a queen size bed, some rooms with an additional queen bed and garden views.

The resort will organise any of the tours you wish to do around the area. There are a huge range of tours, safaris and activities to choose from in the Whitsunday area and the Great Barrier Reef.

Travel information

Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport - local taxi, limousine and bus service meet each arriving flight to transport guests to Coral Sea Resort. Approx 30 minutes drive. Please contact the resort to arrange transfers. Hamilton Island Airport - Local Ferry Companies Cruise Whitsunday and Fantasea Cruises regularly transport guests direct from Hamilton Island Airport to the mainland. Approx 45 mins by Ferry. Please contact the resort to arrange transfers.

Important information

Please note that a 1.5% surcharge applies for payments with credit card. An additional AUD 100 pre-authorization charge will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay. Should you wish to pay this charge prior to arrival, please note that bank transfers must be sent a minimum of three business days prior to check-in to allow for fund clearance. Please contact the hotel directly for bank account details if required. Please note that we do not accept the schoolies program.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10 per night per person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs AUD 12 per hour. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast costs AUD 25 per person per night. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
