Republic Apartments Brisbane Description

Republic Apartments are ideally located within walking distance of the Brisbane River, Chinatown and the city centre. All apartments offer a large balcony with outdoor furniture and city views. All of Republic’s apartments are completely furnished and include fully stocked kitchens with a dishwasher and microwave. There is a laundry with iron and ironing board in each apartment. Flat-screen TVs with cable channels and DVD players are included. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout all apartments. Guest facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. Free parking is available on-site. Republic Apartments is a short walk to three of Brisbane City's largest weekend markets.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged AUD 10 per night and person in a baby cot. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs AUD 10 per person per night. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
